Germán Castillo - Founder & CEO
German Castillo leads Aurea Capital, a real estate and consulting firm that creates, designs, manages and coordinates large and complex real estate projects through all phases, from design, permitting, construction, closing and delivery to operations.
German, a Civil Engineer, with a Master’s Degree in Project Management and a Master’s Degree in Urban Development and Design, is a true believer that our environment, whether natural or built, affects our behavior as individuals and as a collective. He getting involved in various initiatives to preserve natural ecosystems and improve the natural environment in and around cities.
In addition to founding Aurea Capital, German is also Co-Founder and executive partner of NMASUNO Studio, an architecture, urban design and interior design firm with offices in Mexico and the United States, Co-Founder of A2G Edificación, a construction company specialized in the industrial and civil work.
Our director has more than 15 years of experience in Mexico, the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia, all related to urban growth and the built environment.
